While we are awaiting arrival of laminate we are able, using the drill file and data furnished, to create a work order and a kitting sheet. When this is done the work order is send to drilling and the kitting sheet is sent to the drill kitting room. While the job is being kitted the panels undergo a check to determine if the inner layers are in alignment with the drilled pattern by drilling select holes in the center and in each corner. Zero correction takes place until it is good at which time the x-ray is signed off by a supervisor or a qualified machine operator.
