1.
What does Bit Shop
Do?
Bit Shop has two primary areas of
production.
a) Our original business has
been in the service of Printed
Circuit manufacturing shops for
outside drilling, routing and scoring
fabrication services. We offer quick
turn prototype as well as mass drilling of
pc boards, multilayers and double sided panels.
Typical quantities are 4 to 36 pieces same
day and quite large quantities with lead
times up to 1–3 days.
We have streamlined the process by writing
our own software to integrate the incoming data
processes to facilitate quick, easy transmission
of knowledge from the customer to the CNC
drilling room, with no room for error. The
result is a fast, convenient and easy to use
process for producing your product.
b) Our 2nd area of production is in
the machining to specification of all types of engineered plastics
including G-10, Ultem® , Noryl® , Delrin®,
UHMW.Acrylic/Lexan®, Nylon, Delrin and others
too numerous to
mention.
